Ibn-Taymiyyah
Taqī ad-Dīn ʾAḥmad ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥalīm ibn ʿAbd al-Salām al-Numayrī al-Ḥarrānī (تقي الدين أحمد بن عبد الحليم بن عبد السلام النميري الحراني) simply known as ibn Taymīyyah was a Sunni Islamic scholar, muhaddith, theologian, judge, and philosopher of the Muslim world.
Ibn Taymiyyah has become one of the most influential medieval writers in contemporary Islam, with his powerful writings on different subjects. His books are still considered as text books by eminent Muslim scholars.
