Al Quran

The Quran (also spelled Koran) is the central religious text of Islam, the verbatim word of Allah swt revealed to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ through the angel Gabriel over a period of 23 years.

• Structure: It consists of 114 chapters called surahs, which vary in length and are arranged roughly from longest to shortest, rather than chronologically.

• Language: It was revealed in Classical Arabic, and its unique literary style, rhythm, and eloquence are considered by Muslims to be a divine miracle.

• Core Message: The text focuses heavily on the absolute oneness of God (Tawhid), moral guidance, stories of past prophets (such as Abraham, Moses, and Jesus), and principles of justice, compassion, and personal accountability.
