Israr Alam

Asrar Alam اسرار عالم (born 1953) is a prominent contemporary Indian Islamic scholar, writer, and intellectual known primarily for his extensive research and writings on eschatology (the study of the end times), the role of Dajjal (the Anti-Christ) in the modern era, and the geopolitical dynamics of the Muslim world.

A lecturer with a background in Islamic studies and linguistics, Alam is particularly noted for his deep dive into the signs of the Last Day mentioned in the Quran and Hadith. His work goes beyond traditional theological commentary, applying these prophecies to current international relations, especially focusing on the complex relationships and conspiracies he perceives involving Zionist movements, Western powers, and their impact on Muslim nations, particularly Pakistan and India.

His most famous works, such as the multi-volume series “Dajjal” and “Islam aur Ekisween Sadi Ka Challenge” (Islam and the Challenge of the 21st Century), challenge conventional interpretations of global politics. Alam’s writings are distinct for their extensive use of various sources, including Hebrew, to support his theories on an organized Dajjali system actively working to undermine the Islamic world. His sharp, critical analysis makes his work a significant, albeit often controversial, contribution to modern Islamic thought and literature
