Maulana Allah Wasaya is a Pakistani Islamic scholar, writer, and prominent leader of the Aalmi Majlis Tahaffuz Khatm-e-Nubuwwat. Born in 1945 in Garwan, Bahawalpur, Pakistan, he received his early religious education at Madrasa Rafiq-ul-Ulema and later studied at Jamia Abbasia in Bahawalpur and Jamia Qasim-ul-Uloom in Multan. He also completed advanced Hadith studies at Jamia Makhzan-ul-Uloom in Khanpur under the guidance of Maulana Abdullah Darkhawasti. He became associated with the Khatm-e-Nubuwwat movement in 1968 and has been known for his longstanding work in its central leadership. He has authored several books on Islamic history and religious issues, including Tehreek-e-Khatm-e-Nubuwwat, Firaaq-e-Yaraan, and Tazkirah Shaheed-e-Islam Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Ludhianvi
