Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani is an Indian Muslim scholar and author. He serves as the acting general secretary of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board. He is the general secretary of Islamic Fiqh Academy of India.
He is the author of many books and a regular writer in newspapers. He also conducts lectures at various Islamic universities and Madrassas across India.
